Charlotte's favourite thing about being a psychologist is helping people uncover their strengths, reframe challenges, and develop a more optimistic and empowered outlook. Watching clients begin to feel more empowered, and develop a greater sense of self-worth is something that she feels honoured to be part of. Charlotte is available for treatment through the ACC Sensitive Claims scheme.
Types of therapy she uses: Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Eye Movement and Desensitisation Reprocessing (EMDR), Schema Therapy
