Jess is a Registered Clinical Psychologist who lives in Wellington she is motivated by the opportunity to walk alongside people in their pursuit of personally meaningful and satisfying lives.  

Jess’ has experience working with neurodiverse adolescents and adults in both community and inpatient settings who exhibit complex behaviour and mental health challenges. Jess has also worked in Correctional and Forensic services. Presently, she is employed by Te Whatu Ora in a Wellington-based child and adolescent mental health team.

Jess is focused on delivering evidence-based psychological therapy that is person centred. She is primarily trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and utilises other therapeutic modalities such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Positive Behaviour Support (PBS), and Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT).

Jess is currently accepting referrals.

She is also ACC registered and accepting referrals for supported assessments only.
