Jessie is a Clinical Psychologist in Dunedin who has experience working with children, adolescents, and adults in public mental health services and private practice. Jessie enjoys working with people of all ages and has experience supporting people with a range of mental health difficulties, including trauma, anxiety/mood problems, OCD, and stress.
Jessie aims to provide a compassionate and supportive environment where individuals and families can explore their difficulties and build skills to achieve meaningful change in their lives. She uses a range of evidence-based interventions, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), and Eye-Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR). Jessie also offers assessments and therapy through ACC sensitive claims.
