Jono's work interests include helping people to overcome barriers that are getting in the way of them living a fulfilling life. Jono believes that everyone deserves to live a life that is meaningful to them and uses a variety of techniques and therapeutic approaches to help identify people's values and the barriers that are getting in the way so he can create a therapeutic plan that is tailored to each person's individual needs.  

Jono has experience working with survivors of sexual abuse, physical injuries and pain management, LQBTQI+ clients, incarcerated individuals, and children who have undergone cancer treatment. 

Outside of Jono's psychology work, he tries to practice what he preaches and spends as much time as he can doing what he loves, which is being active outdoors.
